- We do not charge a fee for ATM transactions when a FCB Debit or ATM card is used at ATMs in the MoneyPass® or NYCE networks. We will reimburse ATM surcharges charged by non-FCB ATMs up to $10 per statement cycle.
- Each deposit account will be subject to electronic periodic statements (eStatements) and a Paper Statement Fee of $1.00 per month or periodic statement cycle will be imposed to receive paper periodic statements except for Certificate of Deposits (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and personal or business accounts that are used to make payments associated with a financial plan for monthly investment, insurance, or loan payments with FCFS or FCB.
