To ensure that anyone displaced by a major storm or other catastrophic event has ready access to their funds, First Command Bank is offering all affected clients:

Loan assistance 
Clients who are in the process of recovery will receive expedited service by our consumer loan team, including requests for credit and loan payment deferrals.

Penalty–free early CD withdrawals 
We will waive any bank-generated early withdrawal penalties for clients who need to redeem a Certificate of Deposit prior to its maturity.

Secured lines of credit 
Clients may use their non-tax qualified mutual fund as collateral for a low interest rate line of credit.

Special handling of credit card accounts 
Credit card holders will be offered priority processing for credit limit increases and monthly payment deferments. Cash advance fees will also be waived.
